Advising a leading university in Hong Kong on various university/industry collaboration related issues and agreements Representing clients in trade mark opposition and revocation proceedings Representing clients in various court proceedings involving trade marks, trade names, domain names, designs, copyright, patents and trade secrets Representing a paid TV service provider in a judicial review proceedings against the Telecommunications Authority
