Tomohiro Okawa is a partner at the Tokyo office of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He has been mainly involved in cross-border transactions by leveraging a variety of deal experiences, such as business reorganization and insolvency, banking, and M&A. In particular, he has a wealth of experience in helping distressed companies as debtor’s counsel, whether in-court or out-of-court, including handling distressed M&A and DIP financing.
