PartnerPractice focuses on real estate-related matters including real estate funds, real estate financing, real estate securitization and Japanese REIT (J-REIT) formation. Extensive experience with joint ventures and M&A transactions and also represents a wide range of clients, both domestic and foreign (regularly represents financial institutions, investment funds, and companies operating in various industries including real estate companies, construction companies, pharmaceutical companies, machinery manufacturers and chemical companies.).
