Position

Yoshitoshi Imoto is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He advises on all aspects of competition law for both domestic and multi-national clients in connection with M&A, strategic alliance projects, IT/digital antitrust matters as well as cartel investigations and follow-on private lawsuits.

He has abundant experiences and expertise in handling merger control for high profile mergers particularly in pharmaceutical industry, semi-conductor and electronics sectors and highly concentrated chemical/metal and other materials businesses. His recent professional highlights also include counseling for both domestic and international clients in relation to international cartel investigations on electronics, financial products and auto-parts.
