Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu

Head of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Hanoi Branch, providing legal services to Japanese affiliated companies to invest and/or expand their business into Vietnam and other south-east Asian countries, and to Vietnamese companies to invest into Japan. Practice area includes General corporate, M&A, Real Estate Transactions, Banking and Project Finance.

He joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2005 and has continued working here up to the present. In the meantime, he graduated from Harvard Law School (LL.M.) in 2011 and then was on a temporary assignment at Allens Hanoi from 2011 to March 2014. He has been registered as a foreign legal practitioner with the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice since 2011. He worked at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Singapore LLP from May 2014 to March 2015.
