Qualified as a Japanese lawyer and joined Tsunematsu Yanase & Sekine in 1991. In 1999 becoming a Partner of Tsunematsu Yanase & Sekine. In 2000 becoming a Partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, a law firm formed as a result of the merger of Nagashima & Ohno and Tsunematsu Yanase & Sekine.

Partner specialised in capital market transactions. Main area of work is domestic and global offering of debt and equity securities, private placement, initial public offering and share compesation transaction.
