Career

Eugene Kim is a senior foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Technology, Media & Telecommunication Practice. 

Mr. Kim represents corporate clients in business transactions and general corporate matters, including assisting companies on cross-border transactions as well as helping clients on domestic and overseas investment transactions. Mr. Kim also actively advises corporate clients on technology, media & telecommunication matters in the IT industry. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim was an associate at an international law firm where he practiced in the fields of mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr. Kim received his law degrees (J.D. and LL.M.) from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and possesses a master’s degree in public policy from Columbia University where he was distinguished as a Columbia Public Affairs Fellow.
