Yong Sang Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation. He also specializes in intellectual property, white collar criminal defense, real estate, and environment.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim had served in the Korean judiciary for 22 years, first as a judge in district courts, and later as a presiding judge both in district courts and high courts. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, administrative, and tax litigation.

Mr. Kim received an LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Law in 1986. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1988. He is admitted to the Korea bar.
