Dong-Gook Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in providing litigation and advisory services in the areas of antitrust & competition, administrative & public law litigation, and construction & engineering disputes.

Throughout his career in public service, Mr. Kim has honed his expertise in general litigation as well as administrative & public law litigation.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim served as a judge for 20 years, dealing with a number of civil cases regarding issues such as real estate development and construction. He also served as chief judicial researcher of the constitution administration group at the Supreme Court of Korea for four years, supervising in all research matters.

Mr. Kim received his LL.B. in 1994 from Seoul National University, and graduated the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1999. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
