Chul Hwan Jung is a senior patent attorney in the IP group at Kim & Chang with extensive experience in advising clients on technology-driven business strategies and investment/M&A strategies. As a key member of the firm's Tech Intelligence Group, he specializes in assessing technology and IP competitiveness and risks of investment/M&A candidates by analyzing various technical data, including patents. Mr. Jung also provides counsel on intellectual property applications, disputes, licensing, and patent management matters.
