Kyung Min Koh is an attorney of Kim & Chang. With many years spent in antitrust and corporate practices at the firm, he has extensive experience in the practice areas relating to antitrust, dispute resolution, crisis management and corporate laws.

Mr. Koh regularly advises multinational and domestic corporations as well as company management, boards of directors and special committees on all types of antitrust law matters (e.g., cartel, abuse of market dominance and unfair business practices, and merger control) in various aspects (e.g., administrative and criminal investigations, restructuring, disputes and transactions).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Koh served as a Judge Advocate in Republic of Korean Army from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Koh received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, College of Law in 1998, and he was educated at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea from 1998 to 1999. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association which he was admitted to in 2000.
