Young Min Kim is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang, specializing primarily in finance.

His practice focuses on advising publicly and privately held multinational and Korean financial institutions and corporations in a wide range of cross-border transactions, including banking, corporate finance, M&A finance, export finance, project finance, aircraft finance and ship finance.
