Heechul Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He specializes in tax litigation, tax, tax audit & tax dispute resolution, corporate investigations & white collar defense, and litigation based on the knowledge and trial expertise he acquired from his extensive experience in Korean courts.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim served in the Korean judiciary for 15 years. He served as a judge at Seoul Administrative Court and Seoul High Court. He also dedicated his service as a research judge at the Supreme Court of Korea and a presiding judge at the Tongyeong Branch of Changwon District Court. During his tenure as a judge, he gained extensive experience in a wide range of tax, administrative, civil and criminal litigation.
