Career

Sang Goo Lee is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of corporate law and regulatory areas, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, antitrust, crisis management, corporate governance, white collar criminal defense and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Lee has represented numerous multinational corporations and private equity clients in both cross-border and domestic transactions. He has also assisted clients in antitrust, regulatory, compliance and criminal defense matters.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee worked for 20 years at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. He has been recognized in several international legal media, such as Legal 500 and PLC Private Equity, as a leading M&A practitioner in Korea.

Mr. Lee received his A.B. from Harvard University in 1987 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1994.
