Wansuk Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He practices primarily in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Kim has represented a number of global and domestic private equities as well as Korean and multinational corporations in in-bound, out-bound and domestic transactions. His experience and expertise in structuring, negotiating, and implementing complex transactions have well served the needs of the firm’s clients, including top-tier private equity firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Kim has been actively involved in many high-profile transactions in Korea or relating to Korean businesses including automobiles, shipping, real estate, heavy industry, defense, retail and other sectors.
