Keun Ah Cho is an attorney in the firm's Real Estate Practice, Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Insolvency & Restructuring Practice.

Ms. Cho has extensive experience in representing clients in real property transactions and in mergers and acquisitions, including various tax-efficient real property investment structures such as REITs, asset-backed securitization and fund, business transfer, project financing, share acquisition, and acquisition under insolvency proceedings. She has also advised various clients for real property regulations, construction law, and insolvency law as well as on general corporate and commercial law matters in connection with their investment and operation in Korea.
