Kelly practices commercial litigation and arbitration. She has handled a diverse range of matters including matters relating to complex commercial contracts, trust disputes, and director / shareholder disputes. She has significant experience in these matters across various industries, such as private equity, banking and finance, hospitality, and retail. In the 2019 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, Kelly was described as “meticulous and insightful”, and “extremely driven and indefatigable”.

Kelly graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2016. During her time in university, she participated in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2016 held in Oxford University, where she was ranked 5th best speaker overall. Her team also emerged as quarter-finalists of the competition and was awarded best written submissions.
