Associate Director, Dispute Resolution

Manoj is an Associate Director in Drew & Napier’s Dispute Resolution practice group.

He commenced practice in 2017 at a reputed law firm specialising in insurance disputes and advisory work. During that stint, he primarily acted for and advised re(insurers) in general insurance disputes.

Manoj joined Drew & Napier in 2019, where he has built an active practice focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration disputes. He has represented all types of clients in a wide range of complex and high-value matters relating to corporate, insurance, investment, construction, and technology. He also has experience acting in white-collar criminal actions, enforcement actions, solicitor disciplinary actions, fraud investigations and employment matters.

Manoj regularly appears before all levels of the Singapore Courts (including the Court of Appeal, Appellate Division of the High Court, General Division of the High Court, Singapore International Commercial Court and the State Courts). In addition, Manoj also appears in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the SIAC rules.

Manoj graduated from the University of Bristol with an LL.B (Second Class (Upper) Honours) in 2015.
