Zhang Yiting’s practice area is in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration and Restructuring & Insolvency.

Yiting has advised and acted for corporate and individual clients in a wide range of legal disputes, including matters relating to contract law, shareholders’ disputes, breach of directors’ duties, restructuring and insolvency, trust law, employment law and intellectual property law.

Yiting graduated from the National University of Singapore on the Overall Dean’s List. She was appointed as a Facilitator for the “Professional Skills” module of the Part B Course in 2019 and 2020.
