Subaya advises clients on structuring of acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital investments. He also advises banks and financial institutions on transactions relating to external commercial borrowings, working capital requirements and trade finance.

He is currently developing the firm’s practice in the specific area of fast moving consumer goods, particularly foods. He has advised two major players in the FMCG sector in India on issues relating to manufacturing, branding, packaging and labeling of products.

In addition to the above, his practice includes issues relating to information technology, real estate and labour laws.
