Murali practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law. His areas of expertise include corporate affairs, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, exchange control regulations, real estate and intellectual property. He has substantial experience in legal due-diligence reviews, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, venture capital investments and related documentation.

Murali has significant experience in civil, criminal and Constitutional litigation before the Madras High Court

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Madras Law College.
