Hegde specialises in labour and industrial laws as well as civil and commercial litigation/arbitration. He has extensively represented and advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and major public sector undertakings in related matters. Hedge also practises in the areas of real estate, consumer protection, intellectual property and Constitutional law. He regularly appears on behalf of clients before the various High Courts as well as Commission and Tribunal level forums
