Practices primarily in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Laws, Legal & Regulatory Compliance. He has vast experience of preparation and validation of check lists of applicable central and state laws for clients including MNC's, PSU's and companies in manufacturing as well as service sectors. Jay has also undertaken various client assignments pertaining to general corporate practice including advice on matters under the takeover code setting up of non -profit organizations, and corporate restructuring such as mergers demergers buy outs and strategic investments. He has also actively worked on various financing projects and is experienced in drafting  reviewing documentation for joint ventures share and asset purchases and loan agreements.
