Rajdeep practices primarily in the areas of dispute resolution and general corporate advisory. His experience includes assisting and representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy and arbitration matters related to contractual disputes. He appears before various courts, tribunals and arbitral tribunals across India and has advised clients on disputes having cross border implications.

He has also extensively advised clients on general corporate matters which includes contract laws, employment laws, labour laws, legal due diligence and regulatory matters. He has also advised domestic banks and corporate borrowers on financing transactions, issues relating to banking & finance and foreign exchange laws and regulations.
