Quess Corp is also making a minority investment in Onsite as part of the transaction. The General Corporate team of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the transaction. The transaction team was led by Suvojit Halder, Partner; with support from Aarthi Sashikumar, Senior Associate; and  Aiyush Gupta, Associate. Other advisors to the transaction included Trilegal, as counsels to Onsite Electro Services Private Limited, and Ernst & Young, as investment banker for Quess Corp Limited. The was signed on 6^th February, 2024 and closing is subject to completion of CPs, closing is expected to occur prior to March 31, 2024.
