Gun Chul DO is a partner and head of BKL’s Real Estate Team. His major practice areas include: consultation and litigation (civil, criminal, and administrative litigation) services in the areas of construction and real estate, and consultation services in corporate, financial, and administrative areas.He has handled various projects related to foreign investment, overseas investment, real estate development, and project financing. And he currently focuses on advising and representing clients in construction/real estate suits (e.g., suits over real estate finance and over indirect investment in real estate).
