Attorney Hyung Ro KIM worked in the HR & Labor Relations Team, etc. of LG Electronics, Inc. from 1998 to 2002, where he was responsible for personnel planning, recruiting, promotion, evaluation, compensation, competency management, labor planning, etc. as well as labor relations activities including the labor union and external cooperation, and competency model establishment TFT, and support for implementation of labor strategies upon a merger between companies, which are exceptional but essential in providing labor legal services. Thereafter, he passed the bar exam in 2005 and joined the Labor Team of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2008 and has provided services as an expert in labor matters.
