Attorney Sangchul LEE is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and advises and represents clients in the field of criminal matters or criminal litigations, especially in connection with trade secret, intellectual property right, corruption, fair trade, and the environment. He is a leading expert in criminal trial and civil litigation field, with 18-year experience of the concerned field: He was head of criminal trial department of Daegu District Public Prosecutors’ Office, head of criminal trial and civil litigation division of the Supreme Public Prosecutors’ Office, and head of litigation division of the Ministry of Justice. Since joining BKL in 2011, he has worked as a criminal lawyer in the fields of corporate matters, public officials, labor-management disputes, and intellectual property right.
