SUCCESSFULLY NEGOTIATED FOR BOUSTEAD NAVAL SHIPYARD SDN BHD OVER THE LCS PROGRAMME DISPUTE
Irfan Husin Rosli and Aida Liyana Zainal Rashid advised and acted for Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) in its negotiations with Contraves Advanced Devices Sdn Bhd (CAD) and Contraves Electrodynamics Sdn Bhd (CED) pertaining to nearly half a billion Malaysian Ringgit dispute over a contract awarded for the building of six littoral combat ships (LCS Programme).
