Kiall undertakes the full range of corporate commercial work with a considerable amount of experience dealing with share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general contractual advice with clients ranging from start-ups to larger private and public companies.

Kiall also has particular expertise in franchising; advising franchisors and franchisees on all the legal aspects associated with franchising, including possible expansion through franchising including direct unit franchising, master franchising and area development. Kiall has a passion for understanding his clients and delivering sound legal advice as part of their legal team.

Kiall joined Sherrards in January 2013, having trained and worked at a regional firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations.
