Stephen Lunt  is a partner at DTM Legal in Chester specialising incommercial property. He has over 16 years’ experience working on a wide variety of commercial property matters including, energy and utility projects.

His career has included:-

acting for landlords in respect of their lease management requirements covering large property portfolios throughout the UK; acting for a number of high profile wind farm, gas storage and other infrastructure developers in securing appropriate agreements with landowners and occupiers; representing lending institutions seeking to take security over commercial premises; and providing expert commercial property support to high value share and asset sale transactions.

His clients have ranged from PLC companies to business start-ups.
