Head of Trusts and Estates

Amanda is head of the trusts and estates department at DTM Legal, specialising in wills, trusts and tax planning.

She has particular expertise advising business owners in relation to succession planning but also advises on domicile issues, estate administration and powers of attorney. She has vast experience in all aspects of non-contentious, private client practice and deals with matters in a sensitive and timely manner. Amanda also has a specialism in advising farmers and agricultural property owners.

She trained and worked with a highly regarded national private client practice prior to moving back home to Chester and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trustee and Estate Practitioners.
