Richard specialises in dispute resolution including court proceedings, insolvency proceedings and alternative forms such as mediation.

Highly regarded by colleagues and clients, Richard combines a can-do attitude with sound legal and commercial advice to act in the best interests of his clients.

Among his areas of expertise are contract disputes, construction litigation, intellectual property disputes, shareholder disagreements, insolvency and recovery litigation, finance litigation and restrictive covenant disputes. Richard works across the board to advise companies and individuals in both claimant and defendant positions.
