Isabel specialises in property development, finance and investment acting for a wide range of clients made up of financial institutions, private companies, investors, developers, landowners, pension companies and charities.

She is also experienced in all aspects of commercial property, including, sales and acquisitions of premises for retail, office, industrial and charitable use, acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of leases, sub-leases and lease renewals, all aspects of portfolio management including assignments of leases, licences to assign, underlet and alter and licences to occupy and corporate support.
