Mr. Gu is a partner based in our Shanghai office. His main practice area is antitrust.

Mr. Gu has rich experience in connection with anti-trust matters. Mr. Gu helps his clients on regulatory matters, including training, carrying out internal investigation and risk control procedure. Mr. Gu has extensive experience in deal with government investigation matters and cases.

Prior to joining us in 2009, Mr. Gu worked with Shu & Jin Law firm (2001-2002) and King & Wood Mallesons (2002-2009)
