Notably, Ms. Jiang has extensive experiences in internet data center practice and offered one-stop services for IDC clients, including financings, offshore listing, assets and equity acquisition, and general corporate and compliance matters.

Ms. Jiang is also experienced in PE/VC investment and has represented various leading private equity funds in their onshore and offshore investments.

Ms. Jiang also provides general corporate services to both multinational and domestic enterprises in major industrial sectors, such as telecommunication, internet, financial institution, life science, education, and automobile.
