Evan Sun has advised Morningside Ventures, Trustbridge Partners, CICC Capital, Tencent, ByteDance, Cai Niao, SenseTime, Qiming Venture Partners, Panda Capital, Grand Flight Capital, SummitView Capital, Jian Yuan Capital and other leading VC / PE institutions in over one hundred investment projects. He also advises many start-up companies on legal issues in their daily operations, financings, and ESOP design and implementation.

Evan Sun’s practice covers a variety of industries, including life science, renewable energy, automobile, education, food, chemical, manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, internet, culture and entertainment. Throughout his career, Evan Sun has worked for many multinational company clients, such as United Technology Corporation, Associated British Foods, DSM, ZF, Sodexo, etc.

Prior to joining us in 2017, Evan Sun worked with leading international and domestic law firms in China for over a decade, including Herbert Smith Freehills, Paul Hastings, Llinks Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
