Position

Luke is a Partner in our Commercial team. He specialises in commercial, contracting, IT, and technology matters (including strategic outsourcing, procurement, and supply deals).

He has wide experience acting for clients in the industrial and manufacturing, retail and consumer, and technology sectors. This includes time in-house as part of the legal teams of Sainsbury’s, Astra Zeneca, the Co-operative Group and Bupa.

Luke also has specialist experience in the Financial Services, FinTech and Payments sectors. This includes advising on contracts and arrangements which are subject to regulatory controls – such as material outsourcings and use of cloud
