Position
Niall is a Senior Associate real estate lawyer with wide experience of acting for and advising registered providers in relation to real estate transactions and securitisation of stock. His practice includes the purchase of land and schemes under s106 agreements and the subsequent sale and lease of outright and shared ownership properties. He has experience assisting private developers on the set up and sales of residential schemes.
Niall qualified in 2002 and has been a solicitor in Shoosmiths' real estate practice since 2015.
