Laura is a Senior Associate within the Solent corporate team.

She has experience working on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity investments and general corporate governance.

Previously, Laura has worked in-house for both a technology company and a marine engineering company. She joined Shoosmiths as a paralegal in 2015 before starting her training contract.

Laura spent nine months of her training contract working in-house at a corporate finance house before qualifying in 2018.
