Position
Oliver is a Senior Associate and joined Shoosmiths in 2021 as a member of the Manchester Real Estate Team. Oliver advises on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, portfolio management, developments and financings.
Oliver's recent experience includes:
- acting for a borrower in respect of a £43.5 million portfolio refinance;
- acting for a corporate occupier on a lease of a new office in central London;
- assisting on the development of a new state of the art global centre of excellence for sustainable manufacture of glass;
- acting on the disposal of a 200 unit portfolio for a national housebuilder;
- acting on the acquisition and finance of a £4.1m multi-let site in the north west;
- assisting on the acquisition of a 15-acre residential development to create 160 new homes;
Career
Oliver qualified in 2019 and spent two years at DWF prior to joining the team.
