Jade is a Senior Associate who joined Shoosmiths' corporate division in 2022 from a national firm and advises on a wide variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, business reorganisations and investments.

She has broad, cross-sector deal experience, with particularly strong credentials in the healthcare (including the dental and care industries) and professional/financial service arenas, and works with clients based in the UK and overseas.
