Lyndsay advises clients on complex, high value disputes across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on IT and outsourcing disputes, professional negligence claims, regulatory and public law disputes, commercial contracts disputes and those arising from M&A transactions.

She advises clients both in relation to domestic and cross-border litigation and her clients range from SMEs to large multi-nationals including manufacturers, healthcare providers, communication service providers, network operators and major telecoms resellers.

Lyndsay regularly represents clients in the Chancery Division, Business and Property Courts and in the Court of Appeal.  A number of her cases have been reported in the UK and worldwide.
