From Jul 2006 to Feb 2011, Ms. Chen worked as a research manager in Beijing century balance intellectual property management consultant Co., Ltd and worked as an assistant lawyer, a lawyer in Beijing Xin Rui Law Firm. After that, from Mar 2011 till now, she has been working as a lawyer, partner in Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Education

Ms. Chen obtained her bachelor of Economics degree from Northeast Normal University in 2003, and obtained her Master of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2006.

Personal

Lawyer CHEN Jing is a partner of Commerce & Finance Offices. Besides, Ms. CHEN acts as an expert in Beijing Film and Television Copyright Expert Appraisal Committee, a member of Live Broadcast and Short Video Legal Committee of Beijing Film and Television Entertainment Law Society, a mediator of Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, and an arbitrator of Dalian Arbitrators Committee. Ms. CHEN has once acted as a mediator of Beijing Internet Court.

Ms. CHEN has graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and has been engaged in intellectual property for 15 years. Ms. CHEN has handled several disputes involving patent, trademark, software copyright, trade secret, etc. In view of the significant social influence and theoretical research value, lots of cases represented by Ms. CHEN has been rated as typical cases by the Supreme Court and the Beijing High Court.

Ms. CHEN provides legal services for listed companies as ZTE, BYD, China Tower, Netac Technology, Canaan-Creative, 360 Technology, Immunotech Biopharm, Eastern Fashion, Spreadtrum Communications, Kuke Music, etc, proposed listing companies as XYLink, Huayin Health Medical Group, Beijing Wanmeichuangyi Technology, etc., and multinational companies as Elecon Asia and Züpplin.
