Private Equity Investment: Participated in different private investment projects as lawyer of investors, with invested companies including Ant Financial Services, LANTOUZI.COM, Ciming Checkup, WENS, Vats Liquor Store, Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., SonoScape, GC,  Dongtian, iPinYou, Freetech, iPanel, CBN, Zebra Media, Golfbox, Orient Dragon New Media, Honghe Xinlian, Goodbaby, Xiao-i, PowerLeader, etc.; Participated in the introduction of investors by Amcare Healthcare, BolDere, Renrendai, Bona Film Group and Qihoo 360 as corporate lawyer.
