Vaughan is head of our PNG practice. He is a very experienced projects and transactions lawyer with a focus on natural resources and infrastructure, particularly in Papua New Guinea.
He has been described as being ‘absolutely commercial with a first class commercial approach’ and has been consistently ranked as a tier 1 leading individual in Chambers Global since 2009. Vaughan is sought out for his experience on some of the world’s largest and complex natural resources projects and transactions.
Vaughan is a Papua New Guinea Lawyer admitted in the National Court of Papua New Guinea. Vaughan is also an Australian Legal Practitioner admitted in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, and in the High Court of Australia.
