A procurement, major projects and regulatory advice specialist, Jodie provides end-to-end project advice – from procurement strategy to contractual drafting, negotiations and contract management.
With a keen eye on emerging technologies, Jodie provides strategic advice to clients navigating complex regulatory environments.
She advises both public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, defence, mining, energy, public infrastructure, health, technology and international trade.
Jodie has a thorough understanding of the workings of both government and the private sector, having worked as both a policy analyst in the Commonwealth Treasury and an in-house lawyer at an international aerospace company. She also spent four years practising in the United Kingdom.
Jodie is a member of both the Aviation Law Association of Australian and New Zealand Limited and the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.
