Career

Henry is one of the foremost planning and environment lawyers in the country. He has a unique skill set that combines a deep knowledge of the regulation of development assessment, project approvals, environmental impact assessment and compliance, native title and aboriginal cultural heritage. Henry is at his best as part of a team delivering practical, solution driven advice in a strategic context. Acutely aware of the importance of timing and project schedule imperatives, his approach is to find the quickest, lowest risk solution to problems. He is a skilled negotiator in relation to project planning and approval processes and is a specialist litigator in the Planning and Environment Court and Land Court. Henry’s clients encompass infrastructure providers including Government Owned Corporations, State Government Departments and local government, as well as energy & resources and manufacturing & development companies.
