Joined Domnern Somgiat & Boonma in 2013 as a Trademark Associate.

With her appreciation for the creative and business development process, Oraphan has found a strong interest in protecting intellectual property rights of artists, inventors, and business people.

After pursuing academic studies in the United States and Switzerland, Oraphan joined Domnern Somgiat & Boonma as a Trademark Associate. Handling all aspects of trademark prosecution and IP enforcement in foreign countries for the firm, she enjoys finding solutions to seemingly intractable situations, translating ideas into binding legal documents, working within difficult time constraints and interpreting laws and applying them to real-world business situations.

She works closely with clients across a wide range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, personal care, fashion and retail, automotive and telecommunications. With extensive experience and insight in trade mark prosecution and opposition/cancellation proceedings particularly in Indochina, Oraphan is considered as a go-to person ready, willing, and able to meet clients’ expectations.
