Position

Partner and Head of the Residential Property Department specialising in property law and residential conveyancing acting for developer clients, businesses and individuals. Specialisms include new build sales and purchases; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; transfers of equity; option agreements; trust arrangements for property ownership; and all other residential property related matters.

Career

Trained: Sills & Betteridge; qualified 2008, partner 2010. After completing a degree in Biomedical Sciences worked in London for six years before retraining as a lawyer. Completed a law degree and LPC in London prior to moving to Lincolnshire to join Sills & Betteridge as a trainee solicitor. Qualified into the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department and moved to the Residential Property Department at the beginning of 2014. Became a partner of Sills & Betteridge in June 2010.
